So who wants to do Europe at some point this summer?  Bearing in mind I need to do two weeks of archaeology at some place and at some point (probably nottingham though because there's support for poor people to do those) - AND - that as many people that can are going to Cropredy in the middle of August, here's my plan.

At some point this summer:

Dover - so you can see my house and pretty garden and the castle and the chip shop and the pizza shop and the cliffs

Calais - because let's face it, everyone ends up in Calais, shopping in Shitty Europe

Berlin - drop in on Nam Bam

Amsterdam - get Jeanne stoned

Prague - meet Sid.  I've never met him but have been assured by James that if we go to his house, ring the bell and say "Hullo, we're friends of James", he will then take us to dinner.  Also my friend Eva swears blind her dad will put us up for a night (the offer was made 2 years ago though)

Moscow - meet Ed, who will do a similar thing to Sid but will expect us to pay.

Luxembourg - dammit I wanna go LUXEMBOURG

Croatia - because I wanna use my damn phrasebook at some point!

Anywhere else anyone wants to go?  Also, who would be up for coming?  Al would go, I think Phil and Rachel would be up for it, Fraser from G&S said he would come, Ed expressed an interest... I'm gonna start saving for it after Christmas poverty goes away.  Whee!
